3. Ordering and Payment

You may place orders for our products through our website, mobile application, by phone, or in person at our locations. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, error in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

When you place an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and payment method at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

All prices displayed on our Services are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. 4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery

Delivery is available within designated delivery zones around our store locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and traffic. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. Minimum order values may also apply for delivery orders.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information that results in a failed delivery, you may still be charged for the order.

4.2 Collection (Pickup)

If you choose to collect your order from one of our locations, you will be provided with an estimated collection time. Orders will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the estimated collection time, after which they may be disposed of with no refund provided.

You may be required to provide identification or the payment card used to place the order when collecting your order.
